We manufacture finished buttons as per our buyer’s request. We have imported Korean machines for making finished buttons and skilled employees trained for making these buttons.
COW HORN BLANKS
Cow horn blanks color differs with black patches. Color differs depending upon the black spots in white blanks.Cow colors have white, black or even pink mixed appearance.
CH-1 (white) CH-2(5-10% spot) CH-3(10-20%spot)
CH-4 (20-40%spot) CH-5(40-60% spot) CH-6(60-70%spot)

These buttons have natural beauty and varies depending upon the black patches in white shade.

 
BUFFALO HORN BUTTONS
 
BUFFALO COLOR BLANKS
Buffalo horn blanks have rings or stripes in it. Buffalo colors mostly have brown appearance. Color differs from white, brown or black appearance.
BH-1(White)    BH-2(White Spot) BH-3(Light Brown)
BH-4(Medium Brown) BH-5(Dark Brown) BH-6(Very dark Brown)

These horn button blanks are available in various sizes and thickness. These colors have stripes. The size differs from 14MM, 16MM, 19MM, 21MM, 23MM, 26MM, 29MM to 31MM with  6MM Thickness.European Size: 18L, 20L, 24L , 28L, 32L ,36L , 40L , 44L , 48L , 54L

BONE BLANKS

Bone blanks: These are unfinished round shaped bone buttons with plain white color appearance. These bone blanks are made from buffalo or cow bones.
SKIN BLANKS
Buffalo Skin blanks: These buttons have ruff buffalo horn skin with brown color appearance. Only one side surface will be grained.
Cow skin blanks
These skin blanks have ruff skin surface on the top and have light yellow based color appearance.
TOGGLES
   
 
Horn Toggles: These are made from the top portion of the buffalo or cow horns. They are cut with 55 or 60 MM length and 24-28 MM dia as per buyer’s requirement. Size starts from 35mm, 40mm, 50mm or 60mm length as per the request. The toggles have polished or unpolished appearance as per buyers acceptance. These toggles have 2 center holes with 6 MM.
Bone Toggles: These are made from bones with plain white appearance.
Drum Toggles: 
These are drum shape toggles made with 20mm dia in the center and corner curved to 16mm dia with polished surface and with two holes in the center. These toggles shape differ as per our buyers request.
BELT BUCKLES:
This is made from the end portion of the horn. These buckles have white, brown or even black color appearance. It is made from the end portion of the horn.

HORN ROLLS :

  
These cylindrical horn rolls are mainly used to make hand crafted handles for various products. Its color differs from black, black with stripes, brown and grey. These rolls are used for knife handle, seal stick and other varieties.

 
SPECTACLE FRAME PLATES

Spectacle Frame plates:
These are rectangle shaped plates with 5-6mm thickness used for making spectacle frames. These spectacle type products have different colors. These color differs from white, brown and black.The common size is 160/165MM*60/65MM*5/6 MM (Length – 160 TO 165 MM, Breadth – 60 TO 65 MM, Thickness – 5 TO 6 MM)
